In light of the thread dealing with Comedy Wands, Can you think of a variety of Comedy Scissors?

Here are the one's I have but may have gotten the names wrong.

  • Normal Scissors
  • Can't Open/Can't Close Locking Scissors
  • Giant Plastic Scissors
  • Double Handle Scissors
  • Single Blade Scissors (One blade is cut off)
  • Real Tiny Scissors (Can't even get your fingers into them)
  • Finger Scissors (Your fingers act as scissors)

There are ones that when you (or your volunteer) open them, they break apart into two seperate pieces. I had a set of those once. Maybe called break-apart, or fall-apart, scissors?

There are also....

Blades away scissors (blades fall off)
Falling blade scissors (blade falls down (not off) when you try to cut with them)
Flash scissors

Yes, They are listed above and when I ask a girl if she knows how to use scissors they say yes, and it is funny watching them with the plastic Scissors, I just say "just kiddding, her try these" and I give them the double handle scissors.

Sorry, I didn't see the giant plastic scissors listed the first time (sheepishly grins).

Dennis,

Golden Fun Shears were the Cut No Cut Scissors from the no longer Supreme Magic. I have never heard of Flash Scissors!
