Stevie's a brilliant and excellent performer, and a pleasure to work with...one of the most creative magicians currently working. And he works a lot.

I would have to second Harley, I saw him perform when I was younger and he was the first and only person I have ever really seen doing this type of act. His act is so clean and polished and the audience is always blown away.

I've watched old clips of regurgitators and while impressive, it was a little disturbing. Stevie's personality is so engaging and comfortable that is makes watching what he does just that much more amazing. It wasn't gross at all and totally blew my mind! He seems to have such an approachable personality, and he definitely deserves all the success he gets. That was awesome! Thanks for posting that!

I had the pleasure of having a private performance from stevie recently, which involved him swallowing my cellphone, then having it rang inside his stomach.
The first thing he made me do was turn off the vibrate which raised my suspicions, when the phone eventually rang,Stevie tried to distract as much as possible, the sound wasnt coming from his stomach,it just didn't sound right. Also I recently came across a method for a magic trick which Im certain is the same one stevie uses for the sugar trick, and I can't conceive a way of performing it which doesn't involve hiding the gimmicked sugar ball, where I've previously speculated. |

I Have seen the act a hundred times, and I have to say, he is just plain FUN to watch! (kind of like good ol' Mac King...you just can't help but LIKE this man!) he' s totally LIKEABLE, in fact, and I am sure that no matter WHAT type of magic he had chosen to pursue, he would have been equally succesful.

Just don't ask him to pass the sugar. He can ask, "Which direction?"

You can think about different methods all you like. The regurgitator is classic of sideshow and vaudville acts all over the world. I want to say his name was Hadji Ali was a classic regurgitator. He would swallow water, then kerosene, then spit the kerosene at a small fire pit, the fire would explode, and then he'd use the water he swallowed to put out the fire.
For the most part, it is nothing more than what you see. Like walking on broken glas or eating fire, you just have to do it right. |

His performance was one the best things I've ever seen! I was on stage feeding him coins.

I can put out little fires, and write my name in the snow.
My mom says I'm reprehensible, I think I'm perfectly hensible.
