Tom:
Marc's worg is fantastic, and anyone wishing to gain some anywhere, anytime usable techniques and effects should purchase his DVD and or books. The AAA book test and the peek device you mentioned alone are worth the cost. Thank you for bringing this up. Tony |

Tony,
I agree. His book test is just superb. I have fiddled and changed the handling a bit, and am really happy with this. As you say, his DVD has some nice stuff. Well worth getting. Cheers, Tom |

Does anybody know of a peek wallet that does the exact same thing as the thought transmitter but with a DIFFERENT METHOD. Im looking for a wallet that you can give the spectator (doesn't have to be examinable but can be given to them), have them write something down on a piece of paper, close the wallet, and put a rubberband around it...and THEN they hand it to you. Im not looking for center tears or billet switches so does anybody know of any wallets that fit these requirements?

I used the TT quite a bit when it first came out. I also thought it was the neatest thing ever made, and I got extremely good use out of it. My original still works fine (this thing is like 7-8 years old!). I have 3 of these (worked in a magic shop, go figure . . . I had 2-3 of everything before I packed em' up to storage), and think it a fine piece of work with the right presentation.
I really got some great reactions and results from the transmitter. I also worked in a dim bar and restaurant, and found a few ways to still work with this thing. PM me if interested. Basic stuff, but effective. I worked with a classic CT before the TT was around, adopted it shortly after released; moved onto Lee Earle's CT, and then to Osterlind's work. I liked the SUC and thought it the best wallet for its time; and now use the Assassin, billet work and Osterlind's tear. I think for someone new to wallets, the Outlaw would be a first pick, with the TT coming in next. You can learn more and get more advanced as you go. Styles and situations change, you will find what works best for you. Dynamike, Once you have and know what you are seeking to know, there are practically infinite ways to reveal/feed that info back. Many effects are possible with just one bit of information. It's all in the re-deliver. In this sense, no wallet or **** is just one sided, or suited to just one effect. They are without limit, IMO. I cannot recomend the outlaw wallet enough. It is the best and most reliable peek there is out there. And vary affordable compaired to other peek devices. And Rick is a great guy to do buisness with.

I have the OUTLAW and although the peek is great , you can 't give the wallet to the spectator to keep ( as of what you are asking for ) . Evil DAN has a leather casing for the TT and it'll make it looking less of a `prop ' . I currently use my Stealth Assasin and Outlaw Wallet . I only use the TT when I want to give the wallet out to my spectator . All of these works great for peeks .

Curious about one thing regarding Evil Dan's leather Thought Transmitter skin: How can you see "through" the device, if it's leather? And if so, wouldn't it have to be an extremely thin leather, which I would think wears out easily?
Thoughts? G |

I've used the TT before and thought it was quite ingenious. I would reserve it only for the stage or platform as (especially if your short like me) angles can be a bit touchy on it. Come to think of it, mine has run out of power, does anyone know where we can get fresh battery packs now?

Well.... I don't seem to have Johns email or address handy. Thought someone might know here and save me the search. I'll just ask my dealer thanks.
