A wonderful compliment from one of the worlds best in coin magic! Perhaps one day I could perform this in a coinvention or something. I'd love to learn more from you guys. I will post my Raytrix effect soon. Thanks Dan! I plan to order your DVD soon. I just have to secure a paypal account.

Thanks to you too Buddy!

Rannie,
You have some good chops my friend. Nice routine. Fooled me with your great finish.
I was wondering what your next effect was going to be. You layed the coins out in a row and the video ended.

Very nice routine Rannie~ And you've done it well~

This one is dynamic and each travel gets better and better~ And the vanish of the glass... really nice!

A very nice use of HPC, and the misdirection enhances the entire effect.

I'm also trying to work on a coin to glass routine with just 4 coins. Yours is really inspiring.
It only takes a minute to learn how it is done, but takes a lifetime to learn how to do it.

Dean,

I hope all is well with you. I heard about the mishap. I have always wanted to meet you. Perhaps late this year when I fly back to the states.

What an honor to be complimented by a hero of mine.

To my new friends in the Café, thanks you gentlemen.

One, nice.
Two, maybe a little too close but nicely done. I liked the Bishops idea too.
Three, ????. Didn't really care for all that motion but it was funny.
Four, very nice.

I'm saw the glass go but I'm sure it was only because I read it here.

An entertaining routine.
Nice job Rannie!

By the way.
For coins to glass in a parlor setting, has anyone tried flipping a coin into the glass from a back clip? It's angly but can be done and you can hold the glass normally.

Yeah Jaz. I believe David Stone uses this move in his DVD for the first coin travel to the glass. That one is really great to watch, since the coin appears from no where and you can hold the glass in a different way. But as you suggest, it's angly...

I have been working on that. I learned that move much longer before the David Stone videos. I think that move dates way way back. Of course with enough practice it could get to a safe level. For now , I feel it is too risky and, yup, quite angly.

Magaling! Excellent handling, and I missed the glass vanish even though I read about it first.

Do you use Filipino coins? I found some old peso coins a little larger than half-dollars. The only problem is that the metal feels very slick. I have a bunch of the new "gold" five peso coins, but they're awfully small.
