Hi all,
I'm after advice as to where to look to find reference material for a visual silk to silk change. I saw Jupiter perform exactly what I am trying to achieve when he performed on the Saturday gala at Blackpool last weekend, which I'll try to describe. He held a horizontally striped silk by the top corners and without any visible motion, changed it into a vertically striped silk. I have seen this written up before, ages ago, but can't think where it was. Obviously, I can see ways of achieving the effect with a p**l or r**l but I am really looking to find a written description. Hope someone can help. Many thanks. |

Thanks Howard.
I thought I had looked in there, but I obviously overlooked the effect. Kind regards, Alan |

Hi ajb6864:
You can still buy the "Flying Bars" silk from Silk King studios - I believe the silk is made in such a way that the change is more evident to the audience. But graywolf is right - it's in the Rice books. Ron |

Thanks for the pointer Ron, I'll check out "Flying Bars".
All the best, Alan |
