CC: You have been caught in a tangled web that you are going to have a hard time escaping. Your "partner" must be big stuff if his name is in print. Your peeking is top notch, I'm sure. And you are also an inventor of moves us meer mortals know nothing about. I have news for you... there isn't much new under the sun. I sincerely hope you really are not cheating. You are going to cause yourself more grief than you bargained for. Conformity is important... but I find it very hard to believe that you are as proficeint at all of the moves you claim to be. And I do know some very good cheats. We really should just leave it at that. The satisfaction of watching you scramble to find a believable rebuttle to my questions is priceless. The story just doesn't add up. I'm going to just leave it as a statement of opinion/rather than fact, that I truly do not believe you are a cheat. The notion of there being multiple grips for a second deal for a real cheat is fantasy. (unless you are dealing a pitch game of BJ at a casino). I would wager that you have lost more money with your self-proclaimed cheating than you have won. Your brief work must truly be a thing of beauty! So this partner of your cuts to the brief and "Cha-Ching" right? You said that you were invited to a game that you will be going to in a few minutes... was your partner invited as well? You are all over the place, bud. Many people can learn and execute multiple moves, but only a real rookie would attempt to use so many different ones. Spare us all the stories and illusions of grandeur... Most of us have read Grifters and if someone hasn't, you can borrow my copy. It is almost as entertaining as this clown. Card cheat... I may take you up on my new name... just learn how to pronounce it correctly when you ask if I want that beer.

I still don't understand why it matters if hes a real cheat or not. if he says something smart then use it if not tell them there a moron. we don't need 3 pages to talk about this

Well...my computer technical skills are much better than my card skills...so I will offer them up.

Why don't you guys agree to or have a middle man pick 3 to 5 categories of moves and you guys send me video clips of the moves. I'll load them up on my webserver here at the house and the members can then see for themselves who can do what and who they think is better. Otherwise, it's kinda like arguing about whose johnson is bigger in writing. It isn't gonna prove much of anything.

Just a thought...

Can I be the 'trusted member' who gets to see the videos? I promise not to share them with anyone, and I also promise to be ruthless about evaluating their authenticity.

But please, do not let my ruthlessness deter you from sending me the stuff. If you don't, it means, it has, which would be a shame, credibility-wise.

That's right. The guy goes by the nickname Card Cheat, so he definitely knows what he is talking about.

Is that the pot calling the kettle black! Or is that sarcasm! Or something else? I’m getting confused with all this rhetoric! Is it rhetoric? I wish I had gone to school now.
What about Sal himself? Is he a card cheat or a gambling expert? Or is that the same thing? Does he know what he is talking about if he is not a card cheat? What am I talking about? I don’t know but what ever it is this stuff is good. What film?

I think Tommy asked a great question. What is the difference between a gaming expert and a cheat? Sal is a rarity among other self-proclaimed experts becuase he actually has some real experience. That experience comes from 20 years in the gaming industry and real life cheating experience. Maybe we can move on to a better topic now and give some input on tommys post. Does a gambling expert need to be a card cheat?

I think it would be a great topic, but it needs to be seperated out from this one.

Actually, all I have been caught in is a pi**ing contest with you. You make it sound as though I have told lies; I haven't. Get over it.

And I have news for you... the "new" stuff is still "new" because it is not left under the sun for the likes of you to abuse, expose, and take credit for. Besides, it's not like I am trying to keep up with the Jones', here. I do what I do, and that's it. You apparently have a very closed (and little) mind. There are many cheats who create their own ways of getting the money, and don't share them.

Sorry.... By the way, the moves that I said I was good at all go hand in hand.

Let's look at this:

Peeking/Second Dealing (I couldn't very well be a profitable second dealer if I couldn't peek, could I? I don't play paper, so I have to peek. Why is this so outlandish to you?)

Stacking/Setting Brief - Locating Cut (What good would stacking be to me if I could not locate, or force the cut? Again, I don't see how any of this is so shocking to you.)

That's basically four "moves" man. Get real....

I guess you finally figured out that all of this was a mere excercise in total futility. How were you ever going to prove that I am not a cheat?!? That is what I would really like to know.

Wow! I have actually communicated with several cheats who are able to deal crookedly from multiple grips. As far as your "pitch game" in a casino, if you had read my post and were capable of comprehending what is contained in it, you would know that I don't touch casinos.

No prob! You actually strike me as the type who will drink when he plays: in about six years, when you have reached the legal drinking age, that is.

P.S. - Since "CC" could not possibly stand for "Card Cheat" (since, according to you I am not one), perhaps it could stand for "Case Closed?"

Sorry, Meijin. I already have someone who, if willing, is plenty qualified to see the clip. I am not going to get into demonstrating all of my stuff; that was not what started this.

All I said was that I have a way of setting a brief that is pretty nice. Mr. Dizzle Bizzle Bo'Bizzle seems to think that I am full of shizzle. So, I will film that, and that only.

If what you are saying is that if I don't send YOU the clip, then I am not for real, then, fine. I can live with that.

Like I said, I already have a member who can do this. No offense, and I know that you are quite talented. I have seen your work, and it is actually quite nice. I just don't feel comfortable with sending this clip, in particular, to anyone but this certain member. I do hope that you can understand this, and accept it.

Huh?!? I sign off as CC because it is easier than always typing "Card Cheat."

Believe me, this has nothing to do with DOC.

Andrei,

I am sure that I speak for everyone who has seen the clip of you performing DOC's Infinity Shift when I say that it is simply gorgeous in your hands. I am not a fan of hopping the deck, but it is very nice all the same. DOC is apparently a very good teacher.

Tell me, is there any way that this shift could be done retention style?

As far as the clip goes, I am sorry. I just don't really want to brandish it; no offense. Actually, this is what I think about it:

Many of the members here can do excellent things with a deck of cards, and can do much more with a deck of cards than I can. The problem is beautiful sleight-of-hand does not a cheater make. My point is, that no matter how clean my moves are, the whole Café could see them and still say that I am not the real deal.

Why should I expose my moves, even to one person, if there is still a chance that I will be called a liar? I think that there is nothing in this for me, nothing to gain, anyway.

So, I might send the clip, I might not. Whatever I do, one thing is for sure, people are going to think whatever they want to think about me. I can't change that, and certainly not by giving away something so precious to me for absolutely nothing in return.
