Pen through bill, the invisible deck, and my one-eared sponge bunnies. However, after reading many threads here in the forum, I've been using a $3 thumb tip. With a little practice, it's unbelievable how many different things you can do with it. And from the spectator's view - no magical apparatus of any kind.
