My main focus is on traditional closeup magic, but I'd like to get my feet wet in Mentalism. I've seen lots of posts on the best books and videos to get started in cards, ropes, etc... but I can't seem to find the best beginners stuff for this genre.

So, if I want to see if this field of magic suits me as well as what I'm already doing, what are some good starter DVDs and books?

The best books to start out are:
Corinda's 13 steps to Mentalism
and Anneman's Pratical Mental Magic

You can get Corinda's book almost on any online dealer, as for Anneman's you can get from amazon.
