If you perform Rubik's "Enchanted Cube", I would be interested in how you conclude the routine.

Myself, after turning the cube a few times, ("mixing it up",) I act like I have failed miserably, and and just say "Oh well", and toss it casually in the air like I'm just blowing it off. Then I act surprised when it comes down solved. (Like I didn't intend for it to solve itself in mid air, but it just kind of happened by magic.

Sometimes, I use it as a runing gag throughout the show...trying several times to solve it and failing, and then at the end of the show, I succeed.

How about you? How do you handle it? What touches and what unique routining ideas do you use ?

The best ending for the Enchanted Cube that I've ever seen is the ending used by Marco Tempest (click on the link, then any 1 of the 3 videos).

Nice, how difficult is the Enchanted Cube to master? Hank Lee seems to be one of the few dealers that sell this item.

You just have to memorize a few twists of the cube to accomplish the effect. The finished cube cannot be handed out for examination, if I remember correctly, due to a certain incompleteness.

The Enchanted Rubik Cube was what first got me started with a Rubik's Cube theme manipulation act. That act is now 10 minutes long and has won a few magic awards. There is a promo of the act on my Web site at http://www.JOSEPHYOUNGMAGIC.CO
Please e-mail me if any one has any new ideas with Rubik's Cube.

That's a Garrett Thomas effect btw. He also has a rubix cube act that is just amazing.
