I put in an order to Roy Kueppers website last week and I haven't heard back from him. I sent an email and got no response.

This is my second time ordering from him and last time the service was fantastic, my order was made and shipped in less than 2 days. Is he maybe on holiday or something?

I can't comment on it myself, but I do know I have seen a similar post on several ocassions. I believe the remedy always seemed to be a phone call if I recall correctly.

With technology today, dealing with emails, it's very easy for things to get automatically dumped into spam filters or even banned from entire ISP's, so email is becoming less and less of a sure thing. We're going backwards and getting back to phone calls to make sure things happen. I see it weekly.

Give him a call and I'm sure he'll take care of you.
