I just ordered complete one man psycic routine from them on saturday and I haven't recieved anything from them other than my receipt. I've sent three emails and nothing. Are the owners of that site members here?

I don't know if they are members, but in my dealings with them I found them to be really good. I would suggest checking your paypal account to see if the money was actually debited. In my case the transaction failed in the middle of the payment process but they sent me the item anyway and I resent payment.

Hi
I just ordered an ebook from them today, and I received it within 15 minutes. I remember that they require you to type an email address when purchasing. They will send an email to that address containing a link to the downloaded file. Is it possible that the email is entered wrongly or your mailbox is full? Phil |

I got the link on wednesday morning for me. Yes it's annoying, but I still recieved. Anyhow it's a good ebook so I'm happy. Patience is a virtue right? ARRR heh.

I never have a problem with TrickShop and the few times I needed to e-mail for something Patrick has always been very accommodating. I would say you had more of an e-mail delay than a problem with TrickShop. Just an observation from past experience.
Glad you received it. |

Weird, because I sent three emails to them and never recieved a personal email back. I don't know if I'll be buying from them in the future or not.

I have gotten a lot of stuff from Trickshop and I would have to agree that their service has been very good. I've never had many problems, and those I have had have been addressed by Patrick with impressive promptness. I have no complaints against them at all. Please don't give up on them because of a bad experience. I wouldn't be surprised if Patrick would be interested to know of your problem and eager to assure you that it won't happen again.

I had to join Magic Café to respond to this thread. As anyone who has done business Trickshop.com knows, I always respond promptly to any email request or problem. This assumes, of course, the person has provided a valid email address either with his/her order or email message. A relevant subject line doesn’t hurt either.
With regard to the above issue, this thread was the first I heard about it. I immediately went back over my Saturday orders to try and discover where the problem occurred. I identified three possible orders where either payment was not completed through PayPal or where the order did not pass our fraud screen. In other words, where payment for whatever reason, did not go through. I went ahead and authorized all three orders to resolve the issue without payment. Whenever there's an issue with a non-fraudulent order or payment, I always try to send an email advising of the problem. In almost all cases, when a download isn’t sent immediately by autoresponder, it means the payment was not completed (PayPal) or did not go through because a credit card was either declined or didn’t pass our fraud screen. As I said, unless it’s clearly fraud, I make every attempt to advise the customer by email. If you need to reach me, just send an email to help@trickshop.com or patrick@trickshop.com and add a relevant subject line. If you don’t hear back from me fairly quickly, you probably aren’t getting my reply. In that case, call me at (815) 885-9173 during normal business hours. |

You can't do any better than that for conscientious customer service.

Well, he could come over and hold your hand while he mopped your fevered brow, but, short of that, it sounds pretty good.
