Some numbers for folks:
We had 2.3 million vewiers a 34 percent increase over last seasons premier.

We had a 1.8 overall average. If you break a 1.5 it is considered a major hit.

MindFreak was the number one non sport cable show. And broke all records for A&E. In one of the repeats last week we also broke the magic number 1.
ALso recieved the following email from A&E:

Mindfreak was the # 1 one show on all of cable in the 25 - 54 demo and the # 2 show in the 18 - 49 demo,and from 10:30 - 11:00, Mindfreak was the # 1 show on all of cable in both the 25 - 54 and 18 - 49 demos, with over 2,000,000 viewers. Doubled its lead in
and doubled last years premiere

Well, if you include all the stooges and family members and friends of the stooges, that's gonna' be a very large number of viewers right their.

I have received calls from non-magician friends raving about last night's episodes! I predict even bigger numbers as as soon as basketball season is over...

And my niece was in the episode "vanish". The little girl who says CUT! She made her uncle proud.

This season looks like it will be better than last season.

The numbers will become better each time. Even those who hated it will tune in, if anything to keep bashing it.

I am very glad that he is making magic something relevant on tv. I am very proud that Chriss Angel is using collaboration from the greatest in magic, Thomsini, Banachek, McBride, bubbles, etc. you guys are great.

May I ask a question... (Love the new season by the way!) During Angels sawing he voiced he had been creating the sawing in half for years, no one does it like that etc...

Anfre Kole created the sawing for Copperfield years ago. The visible sawing. I didn't catch did Andre work on this piece for the Angel show?

I'm actually having trouble convincing my friends that he uses stooges. Yea, I know he doesn't use them for all his tricks, but he sure does use them pretty often. In my opinion, to help "clear his name" among magicians(since everyone's giving him a hard time about the stooges), he should definitely do more REAL live performances..... like possibly broadcasting something live every once in a while. idk just a though

He doesn't use stooges much what would an assistant be then in a magic stage criss angel is amazing I just see lots of jealousy

I like Criss' show but I hate the exposures.

It is amazing how much my opion of the show has changed since I first posted in this thread. I was happy with the show right up until the exposure started. It frustrated and angered me so much, that I have not watched the show in almost a month.

Banacheck you are only tellin how much people are seeing the show... You are not talking about magic. In your eyes the magic seems to be less important than the number of people seeing it, and the corresponding money it brings in your pockets.
It is my opinion, and this is a forum so I can say it, but what Criss does is more and more not the normal magic but cameratricks and stooges.. And now tricks are explained probably to score even better... There will come a day that the audience will notice that Criss' magic is mostly clever use of a camera... Hopefully his Vegas show has better magic... His older real illusions are some of the best and hopefully he still knows how to create that kind of magic....
