Thanks, that's a longer version of what I had seen before on Cardini. I love the finish where he swaps pipes with the sleeping club member. What a great touch.

What impresses me the most about Cardini was that he was a master of skill and technique yet he never came across or on stage as showing off skill alone. The skill and technique was masked by his brilliant use of character and theme.

He had such a well defined character and theme running through out the act that the audience not only enjoys the magic, but the really enjoy him and enjoy the character and predicaments he is trying to get himself out of.

It is wonderful to see magic and manipulative magic performed in that fashion.
