Sharing is caring fellas. Lets be civil and discuss instead of argue. It is more positive for everyone that way IMO.

Don't worry. It's called creative conflict. Smile

I put down the whip shot in a casino in Tunica, Mississippi. They let me roll like I wanted and I liked it. The head table man was black and he held his head down because he knew I was doing something that I didn't have any business but since we both were black I guess he said ****** it.

I never saw a man look with such a wistful eye at that little cube of red that gamblers call a die.

I too like this story.

There is a natural tendancy for folks of common ethnicities to form an automatic bond, especially if they are the only two of the same race in the room. It is almost an unspoken law of nature.

However, a lot of it has to also do with reading people correctly. Notice how they handle themselves, how they speak, are they sad are they happy, etc.

Make no mistake, it doesn't mean you can let your guard down. One of them might be putting on a show.

Do you have any information regarding making loaded dice besides Scarne's book or dice hold outs?. Any information would be very much appreciated.

Not really. Really not much point in it if you can work fair dice. Nothing to buy, nothing to carry. Use any you find. It doesn't get much better than that.

For those that actually do control the dice, they do not require to prove anything to anybody.

Is Doc still on this site since it looks like he is banned and does anyone know who the best dice man on this site is?

You can still get ahold of doc if you believe hard enough and talk about him loudly.

I'm not sure he's who you're looking for though. I haven't seen doc do, or talk about control shots. (Not to say he can't do them) but I do know that he messes with mag dice, probably loads and dice holdouts. The only slights with dice I've seen him do is switching.

As for best dice man on the site, not sure who or what you're looking for, but fast Jack could have been in that realm, but sadly just passed not long ago.

Nothing tricky, no switching, no palming, no loaded dice and nothing that would get you taken away in handcuffs from a casino.

Influencing at least one die.

Scarne illustrated some ways in which it could be accomplished and so did Steve.

Not so sure that any of those ways would fly under the radar.

The magicians creative ideas are only left to the imagination on how to re package those things under a new disguise.

I have heard you have some skill.

You want something that won't get you taken away in a casino, but say nothing illegal?
you want to influence one die, but nothing tricky?

Are you looking for real magic here? I'm not sure what you're after. Are you a magician or someone who just wants to play dice with an edge?.. Or full on advantage?

Are you looking for the controversial "Golden touch dice"control""? Or just looking to control one die? Because if you want to control anything, it will require something "tricky"... Some manipulation of the die.

Why look for the best dice man on this site? What will that do for you? Why not just look for the information you're after?

The teachings of scarne and what Steve shows in his GPS series are good ways to control dice.
Look at "the shot" that Steve does to control one die.
He shows it in slow motion, you can break down what he does and recreate it yourself. If you're looking for someone here to teach you... Especially the "best dice man" on the site, I think you're in the wrong place.

Any whip shot or dice sliding could also get you what you want.

Why would these not fly under the radar? If you're a magician, anything will fly under the radar for the spectators, and if you want something that flies under the radar at the casino, you're still looking at something that could get you taken out in handcuffs.

THe Best guy that used to be on this forum is "Mr. Z" He sent me a video many years back of "The Shot" I saved the video onto a dvd, but I don't know where that dvd might be as its lost in the piles of junk lying around here... As for someone that's worked in the casino industry for almost 30 yrs. (24 of those. in the dice pit) Ive only encountered what you are looking for once, and he took our casino for about 11k as I caught on right at the beginning of my 8pm shift and he has been playing all day that day.... I let my shift know and the man was spoken to at the cage and I never saw him again... 2 weeks later, we heard news of him being kicked out of another local casino but unfortunately for them it took them almost 2 weeks to catch on and the man apparently won close to 200k by the time he was told he couldn't play... hope this helps...

Lots of old forum regulars still drop by here on a fairly regular basis, even if they haven't posted for years.

As Cliff notes above, saying "Betelgeuse, Betelgeuse, Betelgeuse" here in the forum or in a PM might just result in a PM back to your in-box from somebody you might have just assumed was long gone, but has been here looking over your shoulder here the entire time.

It's in the Museum Tour of the GPS DVD set. So not in the original GPS but in the bonus features of the DVD set.
