That good friend to the sideshow, James Taylor, has a lifelong dream come true this weekend when the Palace of Wonders opens. It will be a haven for sideshow lovers. I will be there performing a the Gala Opening on Saturday. Take a look at the website and prepare to start drooling:

It's good to see somebody like James work to keep a personal dream alive while inspiring so many others (like me!!!). I wish I were able to make the Grand Opening, but this just put DC back on the list of things to revisit sooner rather than later.

Sorry you won't be there tonight, Todd; I was looking forward it.
I'm pleased to say that I have been added to the line up for tonight's Grand Opening events tho, so I'll try to leave some kind of bodily fluid on the stage for you. ;^) ~Stephon

Wow! Now there are TWO sideshows to see in DC: Congress and this one!

THREE! Cheeky Monkey Sideshow is DC's first and only professional theatrical sideshow. (But Congress has more pinheads)

A good time was had by all, even if I do say so myself. It was good to hook up with Stephon. He is a fine performer that has found a quirky twist on the classic acts and does them like no one else. It was also good to say hello to other Café members that showed. This place has a great deal of potential and will be a real winner.

Hey, thank you very much, Todd! How nice of you.
It was truly a treat and a pleasure to be on the same bill with you, and all of the incredible talents who performed at the opening. James, Jill and everyone involved did a bang-up job on the place and I can't wait to see how it develops. ~Stephon

Darn Straight a good time was had by all. It was a real treat to get to see Todd perform. The best was getting to see Charon, Alex and Chris again. I have not seen Charon and Alex since over a year ago, in Florida and I think it has been a few more years since I've hung out with Chris. Everyone did an excellent job and the crowd just ate it up. I second that "I can't wait to see how it develops"
