Hey I just bought a hanky pull and in the instructions it states to insert the elastic thread through the hole at the bottom of the pull. I looked for hours on my black pull and found nothing! no holes at all. Most people just said drill a hole through it but I am scared to mess up and make a hole to big
Any1 suggestions? has this happened to anyone before?

If you bought it from a local magic shop take it back. If not, put a small bit of masking tape on the bottom of the pull and drill a small hole throught the tape and the pull then remove the tape. You won't mess up the pull...just take your time.

I think I could have made the whole thing my self for les sthen 5 dollars! I thout it would be flech coloured and kind of long. Instaed I got a big black Cofeemug look a like which is SUPERHARD to conceal in my hand which ruins the whole trick.
I have to say I am extremely disapointed with what I got. JR

A homemade pull with elastic and a black plastic camera film canister might be best.
drill a small hole in base. and a finger size one in lid. Then when you put the (remains of the) lid back on, you have a nice recess to keep the silk in without sliding back out |

Magic_Geek1,
Stop going to that magic shop. If that's the kind of customer service they provide, go elsewhere (you might also send them a letter telling them you will never again be one of their customers because of their poor customer service). There are many online stores that provide good customer service as well. Regards, Steve
