The Svengali principle absolutely still works when they're R/S. And it makes for some good handling for some real miracles, and not just in a mirage desk.

I really have only worked with a mirage deck and have always liked it because of the fact that I can show the cards. Like someone stated earlier about the rough backs and they way they stick to the other cards. They are really not that expensive and you can try each one and see how you like them.

I've never held a mirage deck, but from the description it sound just like a "Pop-Eyed Popper Deck". Just wondering which came first... the Mirage or the PEP?

The NU way Mirage solves the problem of seperation at the point of selection.
You should try it.

Johnnyboy, we get the message that you sell decks and that you think they're really good.

Hi Silverking ,note your comments with interest. My comment was not a sales pitch but a solution to a seperation problem. Nice to chat

That's weird... I got my Mirage ages ago and was wondering what the difference to a normal Svengali was. Mine was and is not R/S.
I guess I'll try with some spray at some point, or I'll just buy a new one. |

Lonnie Chevrie has a wonderful card-stab effect/routine utilizing a Mirage Deck.
