We've talked about his concept and it is different, and I like his new concept. It is much more work in design, and all in one concept which I really like. Whether or not to sell my present version for this new one remains to be a dilimma for me.
Markus, what do you mean a one-man version. I have the Wiz-Kote and I do it by myself but still use a member from the audience's sneaker.

He spoke about a normal version where you need an assisten and a one-man deluxe version.
Maybe Chance can help us, when he read that. Markus |

The "Normal Version" in that case is Wiz-Kote ($495) and Recovery Box($495). An assistant takes off the Wiz-Kote while you are holding the burnt Sneaker and rolls on the Recovery Box where the burnt sneaker is then transformed into the orginal sneaker. (I never bought the Recover Box, I used a large Treasure chest to recover the sneaker; not the smoothest method but a working method.)
Yes, Chance's new product eliminates the need for a recovery box, is one reason why I really like Chance's new concept, and would sell mine for this one. It also has Chance's wacky style incorporated into the design. His premise or motivation for the burnt sneaker is so much more logical. We were discussing ways around some snags he wanted to smooth out and I did a little research for him on it. Hopefully, he has ironed out those small quirks. Like yourself, I too, am waiting patiently for the unveiling of his new design. Maybe Chance can shed some light on when it will be completed. (He has a brillient mind and at least 30 things going on at once, including that new bundle of joy to his family.)

I'm so excited!! My Wacky Wacoon has been dispatched! Might be a while before I can afford anything else now though! I'd certainly be interested in a Wolf Wiz cote but I don't mind if Chance takes his time with this one to let my wallet recover.

Blow Yur Stack is one-of-a-kind. The others are souped up props and really funny, but they have predecessors you could live with Waccoon/snake basket, Fun House (outstanding)/Balloon-to-Rabbit, Cellulator/Wiz Kote, etc.

I only have one this is an easy question...The Funhouse.
It is:- a) amazing (I've never felt Run Rabbit Rub or Hippity Hop were that amazing for kids) b) flexible (you can produce almost anything. Other effects tend to restrict presentation) c) great looking and well made (like all of Chance's props!) |

Since I only have a week left on my library show tour..I'll share this. I took my Funhouse and used some scrap Syntra (that plastic sign stuff the Funhouse is made from) and made a new sign for the front of the Funhouse. It says "INCUBATOR". It attaches with little padded (to prevent any damage) clips. Since the library theme is bugs...show a balloon (350) and ask the audience about caterpillars and how they change. Well, this caterpillar (balloon) will spin a.. (let the audience say chrysalis or cocoon) as you inflate it half way. You want it just long enough to stick out of both sides of the Funhouse. Tie it off and cut it. Use a marker to make some lines on the "cocoon"...now, comes the MAGIC INCUBATOR. When it goes off...inside mine is a Folksman's butterfly puppet. It's about 14" wide and very colorful. You could also make a balloon butterfly and produce that. Great routine, and it's mine. You can use it if you want.

Steve - That is exactly why the funhouse is my favourite! It has the potential to be and do other things!

I love the look of the chicken sword, I think I could get a lot out of that prop, only thing is I don't know if you could use it for birthdays at homes as it looks like it would make a bit of mess.
However the one that I will probably end up getting is the funhouse. As mentioned above you get a lot of practical uses from the one prop, and it is such a nice looking production.

With the way the "Eruption Card Fountain" works in the Chicken Sword, I could see you embedding some cards IN somebody's 9-foot ceiling in their home! Hilarious.

Thanks for that Steve, I wasn't sure how powerful it was, sounds like it is more of a stage prop. I will have to wait until I can get a lot more of that style of booking. Sure looks like a whole heap of fun to perform.

It's FANTASTIC to perform! I just bought a Wolf's Magic ATA case for my Chicken Sword (finally) so it'll be easier to transport! The mess in most situations is no big deal. Usually the kids will grab 'em as soon as your done!

Trey, are you getting the older or newer Hip-Hop? Significant difference in the workings. I've owned both, and while I prefer the look and size of the newer model, have had some challenges with its use.
