Hey guys!

I came across a treasure today. One that has kept me up for awhile.
I was cleaning out some old stuff for family, when I came across a jewl. A box of cards.

But for the life of me, I can't learn anything about them, except they are old and what is on the box.

Maybe someone can ID them for me and tell me about them. I have pictures attached.

From what I know, these are Redi-Slip cards. They seemed to be titled "Remembrance." This is on both of the small side of the box, and on the front is has the "FOR USE OF THE UNITED...." and the back is the guys with bows.

These had to be distributed for military use. I also have found that they were made by "Brown & Bigelow" and that's all. But I would love to know more.

Anything would help. Thanks guys.

OOOH! Be careful with those, guard them with your life.

Every government secret is secretly printed on a piece of paper between the layers of the cards.

Ok maybe not, (Though it was done back in the day.)

Cool cards.

Try this website wopc.co.uk or search World of Playing Cards. It's a cool site.
