Have you guys seen the demo for Ghost Spoon on Hocus Pocus's website?? AMAZING!! I am ordering this tomorrow and will post a review. By far the best and most visual looking spoon bend I have seen in regards to being clean before, during and after.
Blurb says: The effect is simple and direct as any spoon is held in the performer's fingertips and it visibly bends down, down, down, until the performer drops the spoon on the table top, where it can be fully examined. Remember, this is a real spoon, not a gimmicked spoon of any kind! The method is ingenious and can be performed anytime, anywhere as no reset is required. No special chemicals, extra pieces, etc. are used. |

Looks good
Not too sure on the angles tho- and the hands look like they are holding something. I am unsure as to the intro to the trick in the write up It's a normal spoon- yes does this mean you can do it at a banquet and walk up to a table and pick any spoon and do it |

I just found this and saw the trailer.
There seems to be at least 4 spoons from Kikuchi, and they are all quite interesting. I hope to hear a review of any of the spoons. |

Very nice. I also wonder if you need long sleeves as I don´t wear them often, if ever.

Yes it's an old method I tink whit invisible fishing th***d... but ,
how he can position it ? is not visible around (on top), and when he position the invisible th***d... , in evry case it's a good new modifications,. |

I was thinking there was a pull with the gimmick as well and you needed sleeves, but in the blurb is says No Reset. And blurbs ALWAYS tell the truth haha

Guys, how can you say it´s thread? What kind of leverage do you have to bend the spoon like that? I really don´t think so. Also, the ad says any spoon. Unlikely it´s thread. I actually don´t really care what it is, it looks great regardless. If you don´t have to wear long sleeves I´ll probably get it.

Any spoon within reason. silver never bends it snaps...
Any spoon is advertising Kentonism for non-gimmicked. I used a belt anchor when I played with this. This dudes hands are insanely strong watch as they don't even flinch. |

Thanks Ice for that info. Saved me $60 - was just about to order it, but if angles are that bad it's not worth it.

Nobody has answered to me, how you think is the t...d position ? between the fingers and the spoon?
when he anchor? how never see visible the t...d on the top ? ( the camera go very very close) |

Dear Fabrice, first of all camera works different than human eye so it's easy to fool (not that human eye is hard to fool, just different).
Second, nobody should respond you about this specific method. This is an open forum and we are discussing a marketed effect. Yes, fishing thread is easy to use to bend some spoon and non, I think that while I cannot consider this product of Kikuchi as original (rather a deja-vu) I still don't find right people exposing the hooking of thread methods only because this effect has BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION this OLD thing with threads.
Then you'll rise right before my eyes, on wings that fill the sky, like a phoenix rising!

I guess I'll pass on this gimmick as well.

I ordered Ghost spoon, I love spoon bending it always get a reaction from people seeing it. I spoke to a dealer and he said there is no reset so I don't think it involves the sleevs, it could be a device that's is sleeved after its use and again droped back into the hand after. I will know soon the report back. His other two spoon effects don't look like magic it looks like a strength feat which is nice but not magical enough to me. I also asked the dealer if the spoon can be bent slower as it looks to fast, I was told yes, bend it as fast or slow as I want. Well I bought it I hope I did not waste money again as I usually do.

Yes Unless you are working in front of a TV then forget about it- and for that matter- if you are working on TV- there are better effects out there
