and Lance Burton and his assistants are supposed to open the telethon on the 3rd.

Did anyone see Lance? If so can you tell us what happened?

So far no luck with the MDA video but I just found this commercial on Google Video.

So far there is only one comment posted on it so far but it's from the guy who filmed it.... LOL.

Well, I thought that the commercial was well produced with the Robin Leach pitch at the end.

I liked the commercial as well but thougth it was a little hokey of the producer posting a comment like " wonderful magic commercial ...5 Stars " when it was obviously his own commercial.

Now - who's got that video of the Lance Telethon appearance??!

No probs. After I re-read my comment I didn't like the way it was worded so I wanted to correct it anyway.

I was doing some searching for a possible video on this performance, and didn't find one, yet. I did come accross this little bit of info from Lance's site:

"Lance Burton has had the only live remote for the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon from Las Vegas for two consecutive years during Labor Day Weekend and appeared on the MDA Telethon many times in the past. Jerry Lewis helped Las Vegas become known as one of the most charitable cities in America and Lance sought to keep that momentum going with his contributions of time and sponsorship."
