You gotta love a good deal when you get one. Stopped at the Radio Shack in town. I was going to look at a key board stand for a table top for the cups and balls. Well I left with two black $40 key board stands that are adjustable. I got them both for 9.97 a piece. That was a pretty good sale.

That's a really good deal. Is that a nationwide sale?

I don't know, I never asked . They had two in boxes and one set up. They mught be clearing for Christmas?

Radio Shack is closing stores around and laying people off. I suspect the sales are of the Move It Out variety.

I picked up an old directors style chair,a tall one from the Goodwill for $2.50, I dismantled it and now have a very sturdy stand similar to a waiters tray thingy.

The keyboard stands are great. I like the adjustable height feature. I picked mine up for 12 bucks at The Unclaimed Baggage Store (featured on CBS Sunday Morning) in Scottsboro, Alabama.

Check your local area for music stores that are closing. Also look for places that sell used restaurant supplies.

Radio Shack's website indeed shows the keyboard stands at $9.97........and matching seats for the same price. Bad news is the stands are shown as out-of-stock.
