I dunno where else to post this - I've had good luck with it.

Lifetime supply of magician's wax:

Hardware store - plumbing department - wax toilet seal ring - as far as I can tell, it's the same stuff or just as good, about a pound of it for a buck.

Yeah, but throwing a toilet up to the ceiling will give you a hernia.

Signed toilet to sealing! Make sure you flush it first, or at least tape the lid down. People are always asking for magic with items you find around the home. First do the "Zombie" with the float, maybe a cut and restored effect with the handle chain....

Joking aside I have heard that about the toilet seal stuff, but have yet to try it.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

That is good advice - Because if everything falls out on you - trust me, you won't want to do a "double whiff" for quite a while!

The wax ring is a good thing. I paid slightly more at Home Depot but then I got the really big one for bowls that have to connect to a somewhat recessed pipe.

The toilet seal Wax ring can not be used as is. The reason being, it is too soft & too sticky. This wax need to be treated before it can be used as a magicians wax by indirect heating in a pan placed in boiling water. Approximately 50% bowl wax + 50% candle wax (normal candle broken in to pieces) is heated and mixed. The consistency is checked for its tackiness and hardness.

Hope this helps!

It's actually on page one of the 27 or 28 page Howie Diditts thread.

1st post halfways about.....

So what? Now it's here too.

Brett said this belongs in the howiediddits section. I said it's already there. That's what.

Repeating for those needing, and to clarify my post. It's actually on PAGE ONE (that is to say, the first page) of the 27 or 28 page Howie Diditts thread (I now take this opportunity to correct myself and acknowledge that there are only 27 pages on that thread at this time.).

So now it's here and in the howiediddits. And several other places as well. Do you think I give a *&#$? I was responding to Brett in case someone was going to run and repost it in the Howie Diddits section.

Did I Post a smart*** comment like "the search engine is your friend"? Did I search the site for the words toilet, seal and wax and then link all the threads that mention the stuff? No. I just said it's already in the %@*^#$ *&#$@%^ Howie Diddits thread, and referenced a page number.

I'm going back to that $^#&*&@ "Bad Mood" thread.
