Anyone out there that makes their own trick decks, or packet tricks know of a good card cutting device.
FYI I can't affort Porpers $3,500 model.

I use a Line-Lo Cutter. I purchased it about three years ago from Hank Lee. It is $97.50. It is mostly plastic but it works well. I can strip and entire deck in about 15 minutes.

Not sure what you are trying to do but I made a jig that goes on to my radial arm saw . I use a super sharp blade when I make my decks. I have made stripper decks and Svengali decks for the purpose of advertising a product.
