Having studied the effect and plan for producing twelve galsses of beer in Byron G. Welles book, an immediate worry came to mind:

Surely the height of the table will go down by the height of the glasses and the two trays?

If the mechanism was done in reverse, with any speed there is a problem of the glasses spilling their contents?

Is the table height noticable?
Has anyone out there actually used this as described?

Thank you in advance for any help and light that you may be able to shed - and of course the best wishes for the season
Yours Magically,
Lee Alex

I've searched H&R and a few other sites, but I haven't found a reference for the Welles book. Can you give me a complete cite for the book? Thanks!
