I've set up a form where you can upload your picture. Go here:

and fill out the form, and I'll take it from there. I'll email your avatar to you as soon as it's ready.

If, for whatever reason, you have trouble using the form, you can just email the photo to me. Please put "Café Avatar" in the subject line, it helps me keep track of things.
