This might be a silly question but I'm going to ask it anyways. I'm thinking about doing a routine where a silk is produced and I put the silk in a black art box and the silk turns into a white rabbit with brown patches, my question is should the silk be white or does the color of the silk really matter?
Best, Jeff

Hi Jeff,
IMHO the color of the silk should match the color of the rabbit. That is how I would do it. JIM |

I agree with Jeff. I think a matching silk would strengthen the effect.

How about having a silk with a picture of a rabbit.
The after the rabbit appear---the silk is shown with the cut out of the missing rabbit. Richard |

Well what I am thinking of doing is the old silk to egg sucker effect, then reproduce the silk again and then blend it in with silk to rabbit. I'm not to crazy with the idea of a white silk turning into an egg due to the fact that when you show the sticker of white on white it's kida hard to see, I've been using a blue or a red silk for the silk to egg. So as you can see I'm kinda stuck in a mental magic block because I'm not to sure I want to change the color of the silk after the reproduction.
Thanks, Jeff P.S.- I'm using a T**** Tip for the reproduction of silk

It may take a little work to prepare your props, but how about a brown egg??
