I recently performed some IT tricks for a friend of a friend (hummer card, floating dollar, and made a tissue float) the guy was like "i bet ya do that with static electricity"
the first thing that poped into my mind is "if I could come up with a way to do this with static electricity, I'd probibly be rich right now" it's actually become a running joke with my friends. even if I do a card trick they say its static electricity. made me wonder if anyone else has ever had a spectator make a guess about a trick that so far off it made you laugh |

I had an audience member get quite angry at me for suggesting that my card productions were not gimmicked.
Spectator: "You have a device up your sleeve that shoots cards into your hands. I SAW IT!" Me: "But sir my sleeves were rolled up. What you saw was pure sleight of hand." Spectator: "I know what I saw! (*Angry rant cut for time*)" Me: "Ok then...."

I've been accused of having helium in both my dancing cane and my Zombie Ball.
