Sorry for my recent absence; work has been a bear lately.

Anyway, some notes:
- Snooty Snake (Dr. Kolma & Harlan Tarbell) was a repeat, so I advanced to the next "S" entry.
- Double Divino (Charles T. Jordan) was a repeat, so I advanced to the next "D" entry.
