Regarding my Night at the Queen post above, the author/creator is Vi Frank. It was published in the Magic Roadshow. (Apologies for the out of sequence post, but I had to dig into my files to look this up.)

Michael the game restrictions are that the responses must be Card effects/sleights and no repeats...the name, creator, reference/author, & page number would help verifying.
