Hi, Torquay 22, & welcome to the game. Besides the card effect, one has to show who, or whom, it's attributed to & where it can be found. In order to avoid repeats, the master table (please scroll upwards) has to be checked. (There is a Rizer already used. Don't know if it is the same one as yours?)
