After reading Aronson's try the impossible and a lecture from Lennart Green, I am courious of trying more combinations of elimination dealings (for example in the E-dealing 22: dealing all the cards to 2 players, cards face down, (one player and you), always starting for the other player and after all the cards have been dealt, start again with the pile you have. And again and again utill you have only one card. In this example you end with the card that was at position 22)

Is there somebody who want's to make and share an excel macro to search diferent possibilities (number of cards diferent than 52, mixing dealing face up with face down, etc)?

Or can you recomend a theoretical study about all this stuff?

(starting with one column with the cells with the numbers 1 to 52 (for example)The macro would generate another column that is the result after one E-dealing. (a parameter will specify if the cards are dealt face up or face down) (more parameters can specify 2 or more players,...)

Interesting concept, and a great book by SA. It sounds like you know exactly what you'd like the spreadsheet to look like, and also have a good idea how it could be developed .... step up Gonzalo, you're the man (or woman?!?!) Smile
