Is the Great Zuchini still around and where? I've not seen him in about ten years or so and that was in Monterey California.

Never criticize someone else until you have walked a mile in their shoes. Then, when you do criticize them, you will be a mile away from them and you will have their shoes.

I think some of the best children's magicians are unknown to the magic community because they just work away at what they do and as someone else has said, stay under the radar.

Here's the hook - Criss Angel and Ross MacRae are really one and the same person!

I agree with what you are saying for the most part, but famous most likely equals works more, and works more equals more shows, and more shows equals more experience, and more experience usually equals better performer.

That's a different "Great Zucchini" than the one who was in Monterey.

Actually, there are a lot of similar names out there...for example, I know of two or three guys who call themselves "Magic Mike."

Wow- amazing - "Magic Mike" seems like it would be a lot more common than "Great Zucchini."

The best children's magicians are any of us who make the little ones laugh and have fun, regardless of our income!

I have mixed emotions about my avatar. Yes it is ugly, but I have had so many great laughs with it that I will miss it when it is gone. I promise to make it my New Years resolution to shoot a nice one. You know "crooked face man" really does captures my personality.

I can't decide if Al looks more like Crazy Guggenheimer (Frank Fontaine) or Buddy Hackett

Actually my dear departed aunt Phillis taught it to me while she was babysitting my sister, and me when I was 5 years old, my mother never forgave her for teaching it to me, and told me if I didn't stop it my face would stay like that (she was right). Frank Fontaine, aunt Phillis, and Buddy Hackett are three of my idols.

You, my wife, my mother, Dennis, and my kids all like the new me. My votes for best kids magician are still Ross Macrae, and Tricky Ricky. I vote for Ricky because NO ONE can make kids laugh as much as he can, and I vote for Ross because he looks so darn cute in those tie died stretch pants.
