Hi all,
One thing that really fasinated me about the DVDs were Max's little "menu suprises". I was "fooled" into clicking ONE PARTICULAR menu option (those who own the videos know EXACTLY which one I'm referring to) and, well, let's just say, I FELT LIKE A KID GETTING YELLED AT BY HIS DAD (LOL!!!)!! How many of you wer "lured" into this as well?

That would require wasting money on these horrible DVDs.

Uh... okay, Silly. Now go pad back into your cave and continue hibernating.
Anyway, I did click on that "option" only after I had looked at everything else just to see what the heck it could be. It didn't surprise me in the least when he chided me for clicking on it. I wonder if he and Michael Ammar actually get along...

Yes, please. I certianly don't make it a habit to head advice from to silly polar bears myself. I prefer the serious ones.

I personally found the "menu suprises" concept to be original and clever. Often times, we magicians review SO much material via video, it can become alittle "mind numbing" at times ( which is why I prefer a good, resourceful book instead)...This seems as a clever way to interact with the viewer.

I believe MM was just trying to be funny within the range of his sarcastic character. Seems like this and other surprises (even the opening) are just MM trying to make the disks interactive and fun.

Blackwood, absolutely. One of the things I like about the dvds is that they are full of his "character".
