I don't know what happened to the Heros thread...so here's a new one.

To pick up where we last left off...

I TOLD YOU!
Man you guys just wouldn't give the "whiney, I can only fly when I'm near my brother" guy a chance.

This guys has the skills. He can use anyones powers! He will be the guy to take down mean ole daddy and the bad boy.

And daaaayum! How about big brother...nice ups!

I am waiting to see "Mr. I can take on any powers" go up against "Mr. I can wipe out peoples memories." What a fight that will be... Fugget about it.

I loved Episode 5. It was cool to see the congressman fly. "Hello flying man!" LOL It is so hard to take Hiro seriously. I take it he does not know how to drive. I am glad we saw what he will be, it makes me feel better about him.

Looks like the professor is giving up. What development will bring him back in?

I like the fact that the heroes are starting to meet up.

Do you think artist man will have any more of a role, or has he been played out? Will Hiro ask him what was going to happen in the next issue of the book?

Ah...waiting for next week excitedly!

So, is this a dead thread?

Or does anybody else in here wonder why the poker players all got killed? Who were they to anybody else? or was it just to make Hiro feel bad?

I was wondering if mean old Daddy paid off a couple to pass themselves off as her parents. Those two had no love, no remorse, and really no interest. What a lousy set of parents they would have been.

What happened in the fight between web chick and her Ex? did he put his hand inside her? That was how it looked to me?

I still love the show. The adventures of Hiro still border on hysterical. I love the way he wrinkles up his face when he uses his power.

Anyone else?

DL can go through walls, and schizo-chick can kick butt. Makes you wonder what their little offspring is capable of, don't it? Smile

The poker players died because scary blonde guy was the one who could lead DL to Nikki as the person who set him up.

Yep,

Looks like he'll be a force to be reckoned with when he gets older - if he ever decides to get a job at Radio Shack!

When I saw the little guy's power I was really shocked. (G)

Now I am confused, so DL isn't a bad guy, yet he is a thief?

I guess radiation man will get to New York somehow, and blow his stack to blow up The city, unless the rest can save the cheerleader and save the world.

It was cool to see that Micah had powers. Were his powers foreshadowed in any previous episodes?

And it seems he is well aware of his mother's alter-ego, Jessica. He recognized her over the phone right away as not being her mother, and didn't really seem that phased by it.

He had a moment of weakness and thought he could rip off a mobster.

Everything else that happened was done <to> him by you-know-who!

And now we've got the little 'sleep-teaching' Indian kid in the mix. And the waitress, who has obviously been studying Harry Lorayne's memory course. Smile

I dunno. This is getting to be a little bit too much, like the Justice League or the Avengers back in the 60's - so many 'heroes' that you needed a scorecard to keep track of them.

Every one of them had better have a power that is used in the climax, or else!

It does have a lot of heroes to keep track of, but you know what I think it has too much of? Commercials! Seems everytime it starts getting REALLY interesting, the go to commercial. Guess the advertisers are loving that about the show!

Reason for all the commercials Lyndel, is that it is a hour long show. Of course Smile But you gotta say that they are putting the commercials in the right spots. Leaving cliffhangers so you have to wait until the next commercial to find out what's fully going on. Like a good book Smile I love this show!
