I sent Duke an email a few months ago and they are still selling ESP cards with instructions for experiments (FYI).

I've had ties with Duke most of my life.

I think the woman that sent a reply back to me said her hame was sally. Same link Alexandre posted. Doubtful you will find these exact cards in the book store.

The ones Duke sells are $25 and the backs have the Duke Chapel on them.
