Hello,
If you are talking about a deck of cards that has letters then there is a routine for the Alphabet cards in my book "Hypnohole & Other Absurdities". The second edition is available in e-book form on Lybrary.com or you can buy the first edition hard copy from a magic store. The routine is titled "Mind Your P's and Q's (and B's and D's)" It plays more as mentalism, but a bizarre slant could easily be put on it with a little creative thinking. Sincerely, Dale A. In my book Raising the Dead for Fun & Profit I include "the Anagram Seance" that utilizes a Ouija board and some cards from an alphabet deck.

Aye, I do like that Anagram Seance, JIm. And the entire book, as well. Used it quite a bit to create an hour-long seance with my wife that was a big hit this Halloween season (and hopefully beyond!). Especially useful was the business advice.
