I must add to the list Perfect Magic here in Montreal. Phil and Evy have been running the shop for over 30 years now, and they really know their stuff. I recently picked up Banachek's Psychological Subtleties there, which is a little hard to find.

Hank Lee used to be good- I've dealt with them since 1990 -thousands of dollars in stuff- but in the last five years, customer service seemed to decline and I cannot recommend them. I've experienced long delays for stuff already charged, price discrepancies between what was advertized and what was charged (not in my favor) and consistent difficulty getting anyone to reply to emails. I don't know what happened to Hank but I won't shop there again.

I remember someone posting a site for hard to find and out of print books. Anyone know?

Wolfsong, there are several sites that offer hard to find and out of print magic books. Naturally, I'll start with our own, H & R Magic Books:
http://www.magicbookshop.com
Bradbury Books and Beyond is another:
http://www.bradburybooks.com
Magic Books by Post in the UK has a great inventory of new books, but many are hard to find and out of print and reasonably priced:

Aladdin books in California has an online presence, but I was unable to find it in a quick google search. The owner, John Cannon is very knowledgeable and a stickler for condition. George Daily and Byron Walker are also excellent sources for out of print books at reasonable prices, but neither has a website, though George will occasional send out an email list and is active on eBay.
Kenna Thomson's KT Magic is worth checking out, though they have mostly gone the auction route: http://www.ktmagic.com
Ditto http://www.martinka.com
Mario Carrandi is another good source for rare magic books, and has (or had) a website, but again, a quick google search on my part didn't find it.
For many general public books that are out of print, I like checking http://www.bookfinder.com
And interesting stuff comes up on eBay all the time.
Hope this helps!

I can vouch for H&R: I found Pure Effect there, which was very hard to find elsewhere, and it was shipped quickly. And thanks for those other links, Richard!

H&R have a wonderful range, reasonable prices, excellent service - and quick shipping - I receive books in Australia a few days after I order them.

Another vote for Denny and Lee. Not ony does he have a great selection, but he will tell you what NOT to buy as well as what to purchase

Bringing back old topic.
Had a bad experience in Hanklee.
Bought a coloring book, golf manipulation balls and something else I can't remember. They charged more shipping they promised and package took too long to arrive.
I never bought there.
Recommended, http://www.magic.org. Had small problems but they solved them inmediately. Great online service, always answered my mails, even called there once and had no problems. Great people.
