Still waiting for my copy of the DVD.
I wonder what kind of mailing service Kidabra uses - supposedly my Kidabra Journal was mailed about 3 weeks ago, yet it is not here. Tami said that the mailing company said that it can take up to 4 weeks for people to receive the mail after it is sent. I send things all the time via media mail, and I have never had anything take 4 weeks. Oh well - good things come to those who wait (at least that's what I hear). Honestly, I would rather they charged just a bit more for membership and mailed via first class mail (or at least make that upgrade an option).

Well, I don't hink they go out 1st class, and it is the holidays.
Let us know when you get it. I just ordered 10 DVD sets and already pre-sold six.

Mr. Kaufman, who has proudly shipped most of his issues not only on time, but early, announces when he ships (they all go out from the printer I believe within 24 hours of each other). Then there are the quick deliveries six states away and the inevitably slow four week deliveries within the same state! There's no rhyme or reason to it. It's NOT a KIDabra issue, it's the USPS system (the best in the world but not without problems.) Also, I'm not sure if fulfillment mailers can do different types of postage. Anyone know if this would be possible, easy, difficult, impossible, too costly to set up? .
Like Bonnie Raitt said, "I miss Little Feat more than I miss being 8 years old." Thanks for the concerts + recordings, Lowell, Richie, and Paul!

Well - today is my lucky KIDABRA day! I not only received my Birthday DVD set, but I also received my Oct/Nov and Dec/Jan issues of the Kidabra Journal Thanks to Mark & Tami for such great service - I can't even begin to imagine all of the little hurdles and headaches that there are in running the organization, putting together the journals, as well as releasing the DVD set, etc.. I was also excited to see my daughter in the Oct/Nov issue with Dave Risley onstage at Kidabra '06. Now to go watch the DVD's

Has anybody else had a problem ordering this item online? I went through the checkout on the site and got half way through but it wouldn't continue on to the credit card page after the mailing info page. Nothing happens when I click on "Continue".

I haven't had this happen. Call Tami Directly 336-492-7870, and see if they got it. 9AM - 6PM EST (Sometimes later.)

They wouldn't have gotten it yet because it won't go to the credit card info page. It seems to be stuck on the mailing info page and won't go to the next one.

I got to browse through both DVDs. Although my opinion would be bias because I am on these DVDs. I especially loved the bloopers, and had tears rolling down my cheeks from laughing so hard. I forgot how much fun we had at KIDabra during this photo shoot.
When I get some spare time, I'll sit down and watch the whole thing! There is a lot of good information on these DVDs, and it clearly shows the fun the staff and audience has during these conference. If you find yourself laughing at these bloopers, then by all means you will have a blast at KIDabra, while learning lots about entertaining children. Dennis

I just ordered the Kidabra Birthday DVD set. My wife (Magic4ewe) discovered it on this thread and was very excited to own it. Magic4ewe is especially interested in seeing fellow female magicians perform and can't wait to see the ladies on this DVD. She's counting the days until it arrives.

So the Birthday DVD has been out for awhile now. Does anyone want to give a review of it? I have the Halloween DVD set and have been wondering if the Birthday DVD set is about the same, better or worse?
Thanks Chris |

Well I have the "Halloween " Kidabra DVD, if it is allowed, I would be willing to trade the originals for the original "Birthday" kidabra set. Send me a PM if interested
