The Encyclopedia of Card Flourishes is the best place to start (and finish, if you can ever get through it. It's huge!)

In Sankey's video, "Very Best of Sankey Volume 1", he starts the video with a few cool card flourishes and then talks about what you say to people when you walk up to them...if you were hired to do it. The flourishes are great and I use them all the time. It is a very good video; I recommend it.
