Be careful, eBay considers that bid interference and can ban you. If you do that, use a dummy throw-away account.
The best thing to do is for Peter and others to file a VeRO complaint with eBay. They will pull the auction based on violation of IP rights. Recently there was someone selling eBooks of some of Andrew Mayne's and Docc Hilford's material. I contacted both of them, only Andrew responded (Docc was at MindVention and didn't get my email in time, but I told the seller I contacted Docc and he better remvove the auction. Luckily, it was pulled because I also reported it as an unauthorized facsimile of printed material), but Mayne's auction got pulled pretty quick after he file the VeRO report.

First of all thanks to everyone, and I mean everyone who has been pming me with info on this guy and thanks to everyone for all of your support.

Ron-yes I am very aware of the Vero program and have been a member of that program for about 2 years now. I have unfortunately had to use the program on occasion to protect myself from other Ebay members selling knock offs of my product. The Vero program is awesome and is very effective, since it can not only get you banned or suspended from Ebay permenately but also freeze and shut down PayPal accounts and regular bank accounts associated or tied to the PayPal account(for instance the account the paypal funds are transfered into) associated with the illegal sales of other intellectual property since Ebay took over PayPal. It is also a vital tool and evidence of Illigal activity that can be recalled in a court of law. Everything Alex does on the internet is recorded by internet servers, and can be called upon at any time. This is how the police convict people of such things as child porn, etc. Selling intellectual property that doesn't belong to you is theft, and there is no other word for it, and no matter how old you are, there are serious concequences, espicially for a minor who may have used his parent or guardian's payapl accounts, computer etc, since they too could be dragged into a mess he created.

For other sellers interested in the Vero program you will also need an "ABOUT ME" page for those that are interested in the Vero Program which protects companies like me from guys like Alex from selling our intellectual property. I will be contacting Ebay as my first line of attack against this scam artist first thing tomorrow morning.

Peter thank you for taking such swift action as only a creator can.
LSI aka Levitation Scene Investigation has a team of agents that were trying to stop the release of X for some time. We did not know that your elevator was part of this scam. The second we learned that your elevator had been Alex-Frankened we contacted you. My fellow magician's were shocked that we did not hear about this sooner. We had been aware that two levitations had been ripped off and had been in communication with one creator.

The fact that you have moved forward so quickly is just awesome. This will stop and then we can finally say goodbye to the X for good.

Alex will have some explaining to do. Alex you might want to look into clowning as your days of magic are numbered. You might have once had a promising future but now, yikes hate to think about it for too long.

Looks like this kids website is up and running.

Well I filed the the copyright infringement claim with Ebay Vero Program, and faxed them the necessary doccumentation. So we will see what happens.

How come this Alex kid hasn't been banned in the Café?

He might have been, since he last posted. I do know some of his posts were reported and deleted, but whether he was banned or not I don't know.

Another user on ebay is selling X. I guess used. All seems really odd. Starting bid a low .99 cents

And he is from the same city where Alex lives.

He must know Alex.

Then again why did he buy it ? becouse you CANNOT perform it as shown in his demo clip.

I am afraid it is. You can NOT rip off others hard work like this. Its just not on!

Ebay took a look at the proof I provided and they have now shut down Alex's acution(s) and if he continues to try and sell the item through Ebay, then other measures will be taken by EBay.

I am now about to begin Phase II of my right to protect my intellectual property from Alex.

What Alex might not understand is that this is a serious offense he is commiting.

I bought the X Levitation too, and I also know, now, that it stands for Scam. This Alex-kid teaches everything very very very bad, and besides that, the whole concept is a total ripoff from the Elevator and Icarus. I think Elevator is a good levitation, it works, sometimes kinda hard to set-up in front of your spectators, but it works.. Icarus, is very angle sensitive, but when you do it good, it's a wonderful effect too!! The X levitation is the worst thing just ever created.

Anyway, his website from axproductions hasn't been updated since a few weeks (5 weeks) and his 'personal' site alexmagiclive also hasn't been updated. I know his surname and I know were he lives, but, every time I try to call him, his dad picks up that phone, and when he knows it's about his son Alex that ripps off other magicians, he suddenly can't speak english anymore, and Alex is always at school...

The bad thing is, Alex still sells them!
