Anyone have any good peeks using the Butterfly? Feel free to PM me. I'm still trying to find a good justification for the peek...

John, you really don't need a justification for the peek. Just use the idea included in the instructions and that is more than sufficient. I know a fellow who uses it daily in his restaurant work and that is the only peek he uses.
