Does anyone know where I could get a standard Kennedy half dollar that has been copper plated? Is this even possible? I have a gold plated half, but can it be done in copper?
Would metallic paint from the craft store stick to a half dollar? I'm sure even if it did, it would chip off pretty quickly, so getting it actually plated would be better. I'm working on developing a copper/silver routine where after the coins have changed places several times, the half turns into copper and the penny turns into silver. I've already got a silver plated english penny. I just need a copper half dollar.
