There was a time I had the blues,

the reason was I had no shoes.

Until I met upon the street

a man who had no feet.

In no particular order:

Juan Tamariz
Arturo de Ascanio

My effects I get from a veritable plethora of sources.

What publication would our recommand as concentrating Jim Sisti's theory best?

Since you remember Max Malini, Dai Vernon and Bob Read, what about Jean Eugène Robert Houdin, J. N. Hofzinser, Bartolomeo Bosco, David Devant, Nate Leipzig, Cardini, Eddie Joseph, Sam Leo Horowiz (a largely ignored genius), Jack Chanin, Keith Clark, Al Goshman, Fred Kaps, David Berglas, Arturo Ascanio, Tommy Wonder, Geoff Latta... and their kind with my apology to the performers, I should have mentioned.

Among the living ones, don't forget René Lavand, Gaetan Bloom, Al Schneider, Daryl Martinez, John Carney, Michael Ammar, David Roth, David Williamson, Mike Gallo, Ricky Jay, Rocco Silano, Shoot Ogawa, Dana Daniels, Tom Mullica, Michael Weber, Michael Close, David Copperfield, Eugene Burger ... There is a long list of outstanding personalities out there.

Why not work at becomming one of them?

Dam I forgot John Ramsay (one of my idols in magic), John Scarne, Al Leech and Frank Garcia in the list of regretted performers (and most probably others) but I could not let these being passed by.

Everyone has a role model. If you have more than one, name them all.

Oh yeah...My role model is Steve Brooks. He lives in California. He is great with magic and technology. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for him putting together his idea of The Magic Café. Smile

My other role models are many of you on The Magic Café. You guys know who you are. Smile

Terry Evanswood is my number one role model. I've never seen anyone be able to connect with an audience like he does. He sets the bar high, but gives me something to aspire to.
