Hi all

is there any way we can view PM's we have sent? It would be good to be able to review what we have sent to people, I often get messages I only half understand because I can't remember what I said to the person in my last PM.

Right now, there isn't a way for you to see PM's you have sent. We've been looking into the possibility of adding that feature sometime in the future. Gene does this in his "spare time" (I use the term euphemistically), so don't look for this feature to be added for a while yet!

Duncan: here's a couple of ideas you could try in the meantime. Before you send the PM, highlight it and hit copy on your browser. Send the message then send yourself a PM. Hit the paste button on your browser and you'll have a record of what you sent. You shouldn't keep PM's for a long time in any event as it ties up space. The other thing you could do is set up a folder on your hard drive for PM's. Do the same copy paste routine but instead of a PM to yourself, you'd have a permanent record on your hard drive.

Thanks for letting me know Mary. I hope you do it in the end. It seems like an obvious feature which would be very usefull to all. I understand though that this place must already take up WAY to much of peoples valuable time if they are involved in running it (or even just visiting )
