Yes, I've also had failures recently trying to search the Café.

I think the Café staff are aware of the issue and are working on it.

I just received a very nice contribution for Switchcraft.

It is short, but really good.

I think I will put aside the 11+ large supplements in progress, and try to get this little one out.

What version of Switchcraft are we on? It looks like I am on V.43, so I've probably missed a few. I actually figured Elliott would be on Switchcraft 2 or 3 by now.

I've got v43 as well. Not sure if that's current though.

I also have v.43, and I'm fairly confident that that's the latest version.

How insane is the value for this book when we’re like “I’m in version 43 but I’m not even sure it’s the most recent”?

Honestly, ElliottB, you should just come out with Switchcraft 2 at some point. I don’t preorder anything these days but I’d happily pre-order this.

The new supplement is 99.99% done.
It should go out either this week, or the week after next week.

Now I am 100% done with the supplement.
My processor's web site changed since I last updated Switchcraft.
I am trying to figure out how to update the file on the new system.

I think I figured it out.
I downloaded the old file, Added the Supplement and bookmark, Tested and virus checked it, Uploaded the new file, Downloaded it, Tested it, Updated the Web Site, Entered the Text for a product update email, And Clicked Send.
The Processor site says the ETA is 17 minutes from now.
I hope this works.

Well, something clearly went wrong. I received about 50 download emails. Yikes!
I need to look into that.
Hopefully, I didn't get all of them

I was able to download the supplement at 10:06pm (Pacific) with no problems. Almost 900 pages of gold!

I am very excited about the new supplement, which was generously contributed by Christopher Karim.
KurotSimple is such a great variation on a much-loved trick that has fascinated performers and enthusiasts for decades. I honestly like it a little more than my own variations on Kurotsuke (e.g. Kurotsuke Hustler, etc.) The moment I received KurotSimple, I felt that I should put aside all the massive supplements in progress, and publish KurotSimple right away. It is that good.

I will formally announce the new supplement all over the net when time is available.

In the meantime, I would love to hear your thoughts on KurotSimple.

I am so glad to read that a bunch of you received the new supplement.
I received many, many emails from people who did not have a chance to download the new file during the download window, or did not realize in time that it was in their spam folder.
That is understandable, as I never properly announced the supplement on the magic boards, like I usually do.
Therefore, I will do my best to respond to all of those emails in the coming weeks.
