Thanks so much Bobby!! Have a Merry Christmas!!

The ad in Genii came out very nicely. It's small, but I like it. It's on page 93.

I spent part of today working on the next supplement. I may even finish before things get busy for me in January. Only time will tell...

Yes, things are looking promising. The odds are very high that I will be able to send out the infamous "Zombie Chicken Read" prior to getting busy.

Thanks Nicolas, Kurundur and princehal.

I've decided to add a little "Challenge Billet Work" to the supplement. It may take some extra time to write up. We'll see. I still plan to send it to my list in early January, though.

Thanks Michiel and teejay!!

We are getting fairly close to lift off.

I included something called "Tiber Reborn" in the supplement.

Any day now...

So, I'm finally editing the printed copy (as opposed to on-screen.)

There are way too many errors for this to go out tonight.

Unfortunately, I wrote chunks of this on very little sleep, and it shows.

Gotta do some serious editing.

It's either going out tomorrow night or at some point on the weekend.

Check your email and bulk mail folders, folks.

As usual, a bunch of emails bounced back. Hopefully most of you got it OK.

For the record, the Switchcraft file available on my site (and also Christopher Taylor's site) now includes:

Switchcraft
The Billet Machine
Billet Proof
Silver Billet
Back from the Dead
Stack Master
CT's Switch
Q 4 U 2
The Zombie Chicken Read

Thanks again,

Elliott

Elliott,

I was just referencing my copy of Switchcraft and put it down to check out the Café. Lo and behold I see your post tipping me off to a new supplement. It's Christmas all over again. Thanks so much.

I have to go now to see what's new. Thanks for your generosity.

..agreed, and to be honest, should be bought along side 13 steps and PME without any second thoughts at all...i would say its a modern-day classic...exceptional value for money...

Thanks Bobby, Andy, fishwasher, Subgenial, Esjay Dee, and abraxus!!

I really appreciate your posts.

I am, once again, temporarily blocked from answering my google emails. It's a 24 hour thing, so it should end soon.

One thing mentioned in some of the emails is that a few people are having difficulty opening the file. Due to the video in one of the supplements, you will need Acrobat six or later to open the PDF. If you have Acrobat five or earlier, the file will not open. Acrobat Reader is free, so I am hoping this won’t cause folks much trouble.

Thanks,

Elliott

Honestly don't know if I ever posted before re: Switchcraft, but having just finished reading it along with supplements I can only say thank you for a monumental production. It is in a class by itself. Congratulations, and what"s next? Just kidding!

Carolini, thank you so much for the feedback. I really appreciate it. Most people just send emails. It’s incredibly gratifying to receive several hundred glowing emails each time I release a supplement. However, I really owe a debt of gratitude to the people, such as you, who post on the boards. The board posts (especially as the search engine seems to be down) let interested people know that the book exists. I have already sold one copy since you posted Smile

What’s next?

I have a bunch of unfinished billet manuscripts waiting on my hard drive. They are in rough format and need a lot of work to become publishable. Once April comes around, I will need to decide which ones get the full treatment.

I also have some contributed billet work from top mentalists. Some of these items are already in great shape and are just waiting for me to properly field test. I like to test-perform all contributed materials, as that way I know for certain that the moves/routines are practical and can be performed as written. My litmus test is that if I (being someone who is pretty bad at sleight of hand) can do it, almost anyone can.

Thanks again,

Elliott

Edit – I forgot to mention that I was invited by one of the legends in our field to participate in an exciting project. I am not sure of the extent of my involvement, but my work on the project should begin in late April.
