Yeah, any updates on this? I've just bought FarSight and BlindSight, which are totally awesome. Cannot wait for this effect to come out.

Guys, I assure you this has not been forgotten. Right now I'm 100% tied up with the cloud book to meet the deadlines. After the cloud book comes out Foresight will be my next release.

I've been asking Devin a few times about this through PM and he just ignores it. Try looking up the effect "No Joke" from unearthly magic. I'm waiting for a review of it before I get it though.
