If you can get it for about $10, do so. There are a couple of cute gags and minor predictions on it, plus it really takes no more space in your wallet then a credit card.
"The Safwan Papers" & "The LOGAR Scrolls Mentalism ebooks - Now just $20 each!

Just PayPal to:

I see one too many magician do all of the gags and effects associated with the card, in one routine. Big mistake! It takes a GREAT magician to pull it off.

Magicard is great, but it requires restraint to use it well.

If you like corny jokes and non-amazing magic, it may be for you.

Otherwise, stay away.

It is more of a gag than anything else.
Good to have but not a must have.

It is a handy little device. Yes there are a couple of corny jokes that can be done with the card (you don’t have to do them, but you will).

You can do the old “Grey Elephant in Denmark” routine (yes the same routine that Max Maven performed on one of the Worlds Greatest Magic shows). This bit alone can get you some strong reactions.

You can do the even older 1089 force (play this as a “room service” effect) even use it to reveal a select card (try using it as a knife to stab the card, miss, and then reveal the card on the credit card).

This is a prop. It’s uses and strength is up to the performer.

Al Munro’s tip above (limit the use) is gold! And as our friend Jimmy Lee says, it’s a nice to have but not a must have. But then I don’t know of even one magic trick or prop that is absolutely a MUST have. Ted Lesley, on another thread, tells of common props that become miracles in the right hands.

As you can see, by the postings, some people, like Spiral Stares, cannot get past the corny jokes and can’t find any amazing magic in this prop.

I guess the thing to ask your self, are yours the right hands for this little prop.

I think it's worth the money. But not a cent more.

It got me a gig with Pfizer. I was standing in Sears getting fitted for a suit when I pulled this out as a last resort.

Glad I did. I've gotten repeat business from them.

This is really strong when the proper setup is given, and when performed for people of a mindset to enjoy it.
