Don't know if it's worth opening another thread but I've read on Mr Lorayne's new book this feat ("A member of the audience multiplies two 3-digit numbers together, and then reads you every digit in the answer except for one of them, and you can instantly name the missing digit!") and I'd like to know if this is the only book I could find this effect or if there are other places to refer for it or similar ones.

Thanks in advance.

Do a search for "casting out nines" and that should lead you to one possible answer... There may be some ambiguity but if you clarify any digit aside from 0 it should be 100%...
